概要

5'-monophosphate RNA is an important substrate in RNA synthesis, and establishing an efficient purification method is essential for synthesizing high-purity RNA.
In this webinar, we will discuss the development of a chemical phosphorylation reagent incorporating a hydrophobic tag that can be deprotected under neutral conditions, and its application to the synthesis of high-purity 5'-monophosphate RNA using both chemical and enzymatic synthesis methods.
