In this webinar, we will discuss the development of a chemical phosphorylation
reagent incorporating a hydrophobic tag that can be deprotected under neutral
conditions, and its application to the synthesis of high-purity
5'-monophosphate RNA using both chemical and enzymatic synthesis methods.
